Route 82 Water Main Lining

The City of Norwich, CT is soliciting bids for the Route 82 Water Main Lining project. The contract covers full scope of work required to replace and line the water main along Route 82, including traffic control, installation of insertion valves, excavation, lining, and complete surface restoration of the roadway, curbs, sidewalks, and landscaping. • Provide, install, and maintain barricades, signage, and traffic‑control measures. • Furnish and install new insertion valves. • Supply and install new water‑main lining and associated appurtenances. • Perform excavation and shoring in compliance with OSHA regulations. • Restore all disturbed surfaces: temporary and permanent pavement, curbs, sidewalks, pavement markings, and lawn re‑establishment.
