McAllen Texas Mental Health Clinic (New Replacing Lease)

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is soliciting proposals for the lease of approximately 17,088 rentable square feet to be used as a Mental Health Clinic in McAllen, Texas. The contemplated lease term consists of a 10-year firm term, 10-year soft term. The space shall include rooms to serve as reception area, waiting area, consultation rooms, group rooms, program support rooms, housekeeping closet, restrooms, a break room, security room, and a secured telecommunications room. The Lessor shall provide the Services, Utilities, and Maintenance in compliance with the VA requirements.
