Description
The City of Baton Rouge/Parish of East Baton Rouge is seeking proposals for janitorial services for the Juvenile Complex Facilities. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing janitorial services to the facilities, which include the East Baton Rouge Parish Juvenile Court, the Department of Juvenile Services, and the East Baton Rouge Parish District Attorney Juvenile Division. The contract period is expected to be 12 months. The proposal should include a cover letter, table of contents, proposer qualifications and experience, RFP compliance, innovative concepts, project schedule, financial proposal, and sample vendor contract. The City of Baton Rouge/Parish of East Baton Rouge reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Key considerations for the proposal include:
