Description
The 460th Civil Engineering Squadron (460 CES) has a requirement for thirteen commercial portable air conditioning units, thirteen ceiling tile replacement kits, and two spare ducting hoses to cool electrical equipment in closed rooms with raised tile floors. The contractor shall provide the following meeting these specifications: commercial-grade portable A/C units, large capacity portable A/C units, ported ceiling kits, and spare exhaust tubes. The units must not possess Wi-Fi or Bluetooth capabilities and must have wheels for maneuverability.
• Cooling Capacity: 12,000 – 18,000 BTUs for the commercial-grade units and 60,000 BTUs for the large capacity unit.
• Power: 115-volts, single phase, 60Hz for the commercial-grade units and 208/230-volts, single phase, 60 Hz for the large capacity unit.
• Dimensions/Weight: Not to exceed 32 inches in width and not to exceed 600 pounds in weight per unit.
• Security Constraint: Units MUST NOT possess Wi-Fi or Bluetooth capabilities.
• Wheels to allow for maneuverability.
• Internal or external condensate tank that is detachable for emptying, or condensate line attaching point.
The delivery date is required within 30 days After Receipt of Order (ARO), and the delivery location is the 460th Civil Engineering Squadron, 84 N. Aspen Street, Buckley SFB, CO 80011, FOB Destination.
