Rowan University is seeking a qualified supplier to provide 100 % of its natural‑gas requirements for its three New Jersey campuses (Glassboro, Stratford, Camden) over an initial term of up to three years, with two optional one‑year renewals. The vendor must deliver firm, non‑recallable gas service, handle daily and monthly nominations, and offer both fixed‑price and index‑based pricing structures, including swing‑tolerance options. The contract includes extensive insurance, regulatory, and performance guarantees, and all proposals must be submitted electronically by the deadline.
• Supply, transport, and delivery of natural gas to multiple university sites, meeting forecasted monthly volumes (≈ 1.46 MMBtu total over 36 months).
• Provide both an all‑inclusive fixed price and an index‑based (basis) pricing option, with swing‑tolerance structures (0 % and 100 %).
