The City of Redding seeks a full‑service pest‑control contractor to provide routine and on‑call pest management for more than 70 municipal facilities, ranging from airports and libraries to wastewater treatment plants and power‑plant sites. The contractor must deliver scheduled exterior and interior treatments, rodent control, and rapid response to infestations, maintain a 24/7 staffed call center, and attend quarterly performance meetings. All work must comply with state licensing, use approved chemicals, and be documented with service tickets.
