The Department of Veterans Affairs is establishing a five‑year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the supply, delivery, and installation of HVAC air‑filters at the White River Junction VA Medical Center in Vermont. The BPA will support multiple task orders covering routine filter change‑outs, emergency after‑hours service, and semi‑annual HEPA/USP 797/800 clean‑room certifications. Vendors must submit fully‑burdened unit prices for all listed filter types (MERV 8‑14 and HEPA) and provide labor rates for regular, after‑hours, and emergency work. No guaranteed minimum or maximum order value is set; the contract will be exercised via firm‑fixed‑price task orders over up to five one‑year ordering periods.
