Description
The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners is seeking a contractor to provide waste disposal services for international regulated waste from 96-gallon outside storage containers at the Palm Beach International Airport. The contractor will be responsible for picking up and disposing of the waste in accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined in the solicitation. The contract will be for a term to be determined, and the contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. The contractor must also implement a drug-free workplace program and comply with the requirements of section 287.087, Florida Statutes.
• The contractor must have a permanent place of business in Palm Beach County or the Glades to be eligible for local preference.
• The contractor must submit a completed and executed Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 with their quote.
• The contractor must comply with the County's Commercial Nondiscrimination Policy and the Uniform Guidance.
• The contractor must maintain records related to all charges, expenses, and costs incurred in estimating and performing the work for at least five years after completion or termination of the contract.
