Description
The United States Naval Observatory (USNO) is seeking information on qualified and experienced sources for planning purposes in an effort to derive a contract vehicle that will provide Juniper software support. The required period of performance is twelve months after contract award. The proposed acquisition is to acquire network monitoring and control to reduce network vulnerabilities and quickly detect, diagnose, and resolve multi-vendor network traffic issues while providing deep visibility into application and server performance issues for proactive performance alerting and faster troubleshooting.
The key requirements of the contract include:
• Purchase Juno’s software licenses to support Juniper hardware
• Provide 24/7 monitoring of the network
• Detect, diagnose, and resolve multi-vendor network traffic issues
• Provide deep visibility into application and server performance issues
• Offer proactive performance alerting and faster troubleshooting
