First Sergeant Academy Guest Speaker (Intent to Sole Source)

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB is issuing an Intent to Sole Source for a First Sergeant Academy Guest Speaker. The contractor will provide onsite training, digital teaching materials, and student handouts focused on personal, group, and organizational development. The period of performance will be from 02/1/2025 to 01/31/2030, and the place of performance will be Maxwell AFB, AL. • The contractor must provide training materials compatible with the Air Force standard desktop configuration and network. • The government will have the ability to modify teaching materials with express written permission from the contractor. • The contractor must be registered in the DoD System for Award Management (SAM) and eligible to process invoices through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). • Responses must be submitted via email by 15 December 2025 12:00 pm CST.
