Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for a quantity of two (2) Brand Name or Equal, commercial off-the-shelf Automatic Package Mixer similar to the PPG Semkit Part Number 221269. The mixer must have a mixing speed between 10-22 strokes per minute, a power requirement of 110 VAC 60 cycle, a pneumatic requirement of 90PSI air supply, and be capable of interfacing with PPG-SEMCO 2.5oz, 6oz, and 8oz cartridges, with manual and automatic mixing capabilities. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, and the delivery schedule requires delivery on or before 21 May 2026.
• The mixer must meet the specified salient characteristics.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced vendor that meets the technical acceptance criteria.
• The contractor must be a small business and have a current SAM.gov account.
• The contractor must provide product literature or a capabilities document that outlines how the vendor will provide the Automatic Package Mixer.
• The contractor must fill out the compliance matrix and technical evaluation matrix completely.
