Print and Document Services and eCommerce Solution

Virginia Tech is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive print and document services, including print-on-demand and eCommerce fulfillment. The contractor will be responsible for providing high-quality digital and offset printing, variable data printing, design and prepress support, finishing and binding, large format printing, and secure printing. The contractor will also provide an online ordering platform, payment processing, shipping and logistics, order tracking, and customer service. The contract will be for one year, with the option for four one-year renewals. • Print and document services for educational resources, fact sheets, marketing materials, and official publications • Print-on-demand services for a wide variety of products • eCommerce fulfillment with online ordering and payment processing • Digital distribution with secure access to materials • Promotional items with Virginia Tech's name or logo • Reporting and analytics on print volumes, fulfillment metrics, and cost savings • Sustainability and compliance with industry standards and data security requirements
