I-25 Underpass Retaining Wall Capstone Replacement Project

The City of Greenwood Village is inviting bids for the replacement of I-25 underpass retaining wall capstones at Orchard Road and Belleview Avenue. The scope of work includes removal of portions of present structures, sandblasting, and installation of new capstones. The project requires a certified or cashier's check, or a corporate surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
