Architectural & Engineering Design Services - Hall Building Renovation

Central Piedmont Community College is seeking architectural and engineering design services for the renovation of approximately 8,700sqft of the 1st floor of the Hall Building at the Central Campus in Charlotte, NC. The project will be delivered via the public bid process and will include architectural design services, related engineering design services, and coordination with owner's consultants. The selection committee will consider factors such as expertise, past performance, proposed staff and consultant team, construction administration capabilities, and proximity to the project location. • The project includes renovation of the former Campus Bookstore, First Floor of the Hall Building. • The project will include new private offices, open office workstations, Conference, Break and Work Rooms. • The project requires coordination with owner's furniture vendor for workstation placement and related utilities. • The project requires interior room signage using the college standards. • The project will be standard design-bid-build delivery approach. • The project will be publicly advertised and bid.
