2026 Mini Excavator RFQ

The Lincoln County Commission is requesting quotations from qualified vendors for the purchase of one compact mini excavator and attachments for use by the Lincoln County Highway Department. The mini excavator should have a minimum operating weight of 11,000 - 14,000 lbs, a full cab with HVAC, radio and speakers, adjustable operators seating, a diesel engine, 40-60 horsepower, a dig depth of 11 ft minimum with extended boom or long stick, counter weight, rubber tracks, hydraulic angle blade, zero or minimal tail swing, auxiliary hydraulics on boom, quick connect for attachments, standard 24" tooth bucket that works with quick attach, hydraulic thumb, backup alarm, LED work lights, and hour meter. The vendor should also provide a hydraulic breaker with a 750 lb class, impact energy of 750 ft-lb, impact rate of 500-1000 BPM, operating pressure of 1800 - 2500 PSI, hydraulic oil flow of 10-25 GPM, bit diameter of 3.0 in, breaker weight of 750-1000 lbs, mount type of quick attach to bid excavator, hose size of 1/2" - 3/4" hydraulic, nitrogen-charged gas / oil system, replaceable tool bushings, moil point chisel, central lubrication system, noise and vibration dampening housing, and heavy-duty steel body construction.
