Klampress Reconditioning #2

The City of New Port Richey is seeking bids for the reconditioning of a Klampress Reconditioning #2 Type 94/890 3-Belt 2.0-meter belt press. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to provide the Owner with the following project elements: site reconditioning, reconditioning the Klampress using only new upgraded O.E.M. parts, removal of existing parts, and replacement with upgraded O.E.M. parts. • Site reconditioning of Klampress Reconditioning #2 Type 94/890 3-Belt 2.0-meter belt press on site. • Reconditioning the Klampress includes using only new upgraded O.E.M. (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts, new roller assemblies, etc. • Removal of existing parts on site • Replace all O.E.M. parts with upgraded O.E.M. Parts to completion on site. • All work shall be in accordance with the construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
