Renovate Crane Complex Entrances

The work of this single bid project includes the renovation of approximately 10,000 square feet of the Crane Complex. The work area is spreadout across Homer, Snell, Bishop, and Schuette Halls. The work includes, but is not limited to, asbestos abatement, cutting and patching, new structural steel, masonry, miscellaneous metals, railings, miscellaneous carpentry, thermal protection, sealants, doors and frames, aluminum storefronts/entrances, door hardware, finishes, acoustic wall panels, ACT ceilings, metal stud and GWB partitions, carpet flooring, porcelain tile, toilet accessories, signage, minor sitework, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection. Plans will be available after July 22, 2026, through Camelot Print & Copy Centers (518-435-9696 & https://www.camelotplanroom.com/projects/public ). A project walk-through has been scheduled for July 28, 2026, at 10:00AM, meeting in the Lobby of the Helen M. Hosmer Concert Hall.Please confirm the date/time with the Consultant. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 3/22 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
