Request for Qualifications for CMR Services

The State of Connecticut is seeking qualifications for Construction Management at Risk (CMR) services for the renovation of Kinney Hall at Naugatuck Valley Community College. The facility is a four-level, 49,000 square foot building constructed in 1977. The planned modifications are due to academic advancement, student needs, campus safety, ADA compliance, and infrastructure upgrades. The scope of work includes: • Renovation of the existing facility to meet current academic and student needs • Upgrades to ensure campus safety and ADA compliance • Infrastructure upgrades to support the modified facility • Construction management services to oversee the project The estimated total cost of the project is $52,600,000.
