BID/BUILD EXISTING PARKING STRUCTURE STABILIZATION AND REPAIR, U.S. CONSULATE GENERAL CIUDAD JUAREZ, MEXICO

The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) is seeking a contractor to provide design, architect construction services, contract coordination, and supervision for the stabilization and repair of an existing parking structure at the U.S. Consulate General in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. The project requires the contractor to provide complete construction services, including design, management, equipment, and construction, within the established timeframe. The contractor must be knowledgeable in written and spoken English and possess all appropriate permits and licenses to perform work in Mexico. The project is expected to be completed within one year.
