Plug and Properly Abandon Orphaned Oil & Gas Wells – South Tank Hill Tract, DGS‑196‑13, Phase 4

This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to clean out and permanently plug eighteen (18) orphaned oil and gas wells in the Cornplanter State Forest (South Tank Hill Tract) and to restore the disturbed sites. The work includes well‑bore cleaning, cement plug installation, removal of equipment and gathering lines, waste handling, erosion‑and‑sediment control, and post‑plug site reclamation to meet forest‑restoration standards.
