Description
The Mississippi Oil and Gas Board (MSOGB) is seeking a qualified contractor to plug, remediate, and reclaim orphaned oil and gas wells throughout the state under the IIJA‑funded Orphaned Well Program. The contractor must attend a mandatory pre‑bid site inspection, submit a detailed technical approach for each well, and provide weekly progress reports. The contract will be a fixed‑price, non‑IT personnel services award lasting roughly one year, with work beginning early February 2027 and ending by the end of January 2028. Bidders must demonstrate at least five years of relevant experience, possess all required state licenses, and be capable of handling environmental, safety, and regulatory compliance.
