State and Territory Flags

The U.S. Army is soliciting quotes for the production of State and Territory Flags. The contract requires the production of one complete set of U.S. State and Territory flags, consisting of 50 states and 5 territories, along with staves for The Old Guard. The flags must be Made in America and comply with the Barry Amendment. The key points of this solicitation are: • The proposal due date is 26 June 2026 at 9:00am eastern time. • Quotes shall be sent via email to the Points of Contact (POC). • The offeror is responsible for ensuring receipt by the POCs. • Questions shall be submitted via email to the POCs and will be answered via Amendment. • Quotes without a Barry Amendment certification will be technically unacceptable and not considered for award.
