Sonic Irrigators_Sources Sought Notice

The Kansas City VA Medical Center is seeking sources that can provide equipment brand name or equal to the InnoWave Unity 20 Sonic Irrigator and InnoWave Pro Sonic Irrigator. The contractor will be responsible for the delivery, installation, start-up testing, and training of the equipment. The equipment must meet specific requirements, including minimum dimensions, utility requirements, and industry standards. • The large capacity sonic irrigator must have minimum individual dimensions of 43 inches (H) x 35 inches (W) x 26 inches (D) and be capable of reprocessing at minimum 16 lumened instruments and 6 robotic arm attachment instrumentation with a 3 phase cycle. • The extra-large capacity sonic irrigator must have the minimum individual dimensions of 44 inches (H) x 50 inches (W) x 34 inches (D) and be capable of reprocessing at minimum 20 lumened instruments and 6 robotic arm attachment instrumentation with a 3 phase cycle. • The equipment must support specific utility requirements, including electrical, hot water, cold water, and water flow rate. • The equipment must adhere to industry standards for AAMI/ANSI, OSHA, etc. and have documented FDA approval.
