R--Vessel charter services

The USGS is seeking vessel charter services for a project that requires the vessel to hold position within 10 meters for up to 10 minutes while a sampler is deployed. The contractor will be responsible for all costs, including transit costs. The period of performance is from April 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. • The vessel must be able to hold position within 10 meters for up to 10 minutes. • The contractor must include all costs, including transit costs, in their bid. • The period of performance is from April 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. • The contractor must acknowledge receipt of the amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation.
