Subscription

The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking to procure a subscription to the Benchmark Mineral Intelligence License 1 – Full Suite product. This product provides granular datasets to model material shortfall estimates in support of the National Defense Stockpile program. The subscription will be for a period of 12 months and will be awarded on a sole source basis to Benchmark Mineral Intelligence. The agency has determined that Benchmark Mineral Intelligence is the only source that can provide the required services. * The product includes data on upstream products such as Lithium, Copper, Nickel, Cobalt, Graphite, Rare Earths, Fluorspar, Phosphoric Acid, and Manganese. * The product includes data on midstream products such as Cathode, Anode, Battery, and Gigafactory. * The product includes data on downstream products such as New Technology, Recycling, EV, ESS, and EV Charging. * The subscription will provide critical supply, demand, and processing data to support the agency's mission. * The agency has conducted market research and determined that Benchmark Mineral Intelligence is the only supplier capable of providing the required data.
