The Navy Region Southwest Qualified Recycling Program is issuing an invitation to bid on the sale of Miscellaneous Non-Ferrous Scrap Metals located at Naval Base San Diego. Bidders must submit their bids using the provided bid sheet form, and the bids must be received by December 15th, 2025, at 12:00 P.M. (Pacific Time). The buyer will be responsible for removing the material within 15 business days of the award, and payment must be made prior to transfer of material.
