Auction Services

The U.S. Embassy Juba, South Sudan is seeking a contractor to provide auction services. The contractor will be responsible for managing the bidding process, marketing and describing items, and handling administrative tasks. The contractor will also be required to provide casual laborers, transport custom officers, and arrange for security at the auction site. The contract will be for a base year with four optional years to renew. • The contractor must have a valid certificate of incorporation, tax clearance certificate, and operation license. • The contractor must have an office in Juba with a physical address. • The contractor must provide three potential references. • The contractor must obtain an active Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). • The contractor must provide financial statements to ascertain their financial capacity to implement the activity.
