Description
The Agribusiness Development Corporation is soliciting bids for the provision of two forklifts, two pallet trucks, and associated battery chargers. The equipment must meet specific technical requirements, including minimum specifications for year of manufacture, odometer reading, model, power type, quantity, engine, transmission, load capacity, lift height, and additional features. The successful bidder will be required to provide a set of factory service manuals, service special manuals, and other documentation. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest priced bid that meets all the requirements.
• The equipment must be delivered to the Agribusiness Development Corporation on Kauai on or before November 30, 2026.
• The bidder must provide a notarized certificate of bill of sale, engine hour certificate, and other required documents upon delivery.
• The state will base payment on invoices submitted by the contractor for satisfactorily completed delivery of the goods.
• The contractor must provide two copies of the owner-operator manual and service/repair manual at the time of delivery.
• The equipment must meet ANSI and OSHA safety requirements, and any other federal or state safety requirements.
