Description
The City of Springfield is seeking proposals for Public Works Design or Engineering services for two projects: the Angie Florian Park Master Plan and the Development of Hungry Hill Veterans Memorial Park. The services will include designer services through schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding, award of constructions contract(s), construction administration, final closeout and warranty period of the potential Project. The estimated construction costs are $35,000 for the Angie Florian Park Master Plan and $245,000 for the Development of Hungry Hill Veterans Memorial Park.
• The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty (20%) MWBE participation in all contracts.
• The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
• All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received in writing by the Office of Procurement by November 4, 2025, at 4:30 P.M.
• Bids will be received until 2:00 P.M. EST on November 12, 2025.
