Quality Control Contractor to assist the OLG Division of Banking, Insurance and Financial Regulation

The Government of the Virgin Islands is seeking a qualified contractor to assist the OLG Division of Banking, Insurance and Financial Regulation. The contractor will be responsible for reviewing financial analyses and examinations, providing training to staff, and ensuring quality and adherence to applicable standards. The contractor should have experience in similar projects and be familiar with the location where services will be performed. • The contractor will review financial analyses related to two multi-state domestic property and casualty insurers and one single-state domestic property and casualty insurer. • The contractor will review financial examination work for ten full-scope examinations and one target or limited scope examination of insurance companies. • The contractor will provide training to the Division's staff to strengthen internal expertise and enhance the Division's capacity to conduct financial analyses and examinations. • The contractor should have a strong understanding of applicable standards and regulations. • The contractor should be able to meet schedules and provide high-quality performance.
