Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking a vendor to provide a Qualtrics software subscription, specifically the Strategic Research Base Edition, with 5 user-based licenses and 15,000 interactions. The subscription period is for one year, and the vendor must meet the operating requirements of the using department. The vendor must also provide a letter of certification from the manufacturer confirming that they are an authorized distributor or reseller.
• The vendor must provide a complete bid, including all required documentation and attachments, and Appendix A – Purchasing Required Forms.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, and directives.
• The vendor must indemnify and hold harmless the County from and against all liability, damages, costs, and expenses, including defense costs and attorney fees, arising from or related to any violation on the part of the vendor or its employees, agents, or subcontractors of any such laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, or directives.
• The vendor must provide professional liability insurance with limits of not less than $1 million per occurrence and $3 million aggregate.
• The vendor must accept returns of merchandise in good condition within five days after receipt of goods without any handling charges.
