Ferric Humate Residual Removal Services (Bid Discount)

The City of Tampa is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide Ferric Humate Residual Removal Services on an as-needed basis. The services will include the removal and disposal of Ferric Humate material from the David L. Tippin Water Treatment Facility. The contract will be for a one-year period, with the option to renew for up to three additional one-year periods. The bid must include a bid discount provision for City-certified SLBEs. • The bid must be submitted electronically through the OpenGov eProcurement Portal. • The bid must include all shipping costs, taxes, and other expenses. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws, codes, and ordinances. • The bidder must provide proof of registration to transact business in the State of Florida. • The bidder must provide a bid bond or other security to ensure performance. • The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any irregularities.
