Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, Durham VA Health Care System intends to enter into a sole source procurement with Nihon Kohden America, LLC for the PSG-1100 Sleep Camera System. The proposed contract action is to provide the Nihon Kohden PSG-1100 Kit. Interested parties may identify their interest in the requirement and capabilities to [email protected] no later than 2:00 PM EST, 30 January 2026. The procurement is for new OEM medical supplies, medical equipment, and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment.
• The PSG-1100 Sleep Camera System is a medical instrument used for sleep studies.
• The contract is for a sole source procurement, meaning that only one vendor will be selected.
• The vendor must be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed medical supplies and equipment.
• The delivery of gray market items to the VA is not acceptable and constitutes a breach of contract.
