Real Property Valuation Update Program.

The Town of Yarmouth is seeking proposals for the FY 2027-FY 2031 Real Property Valuation Update Program. The program includes interim updates and full revaluation services in accordance with M.G.L. c.59 and Massachusetts Department of Revenue certification requirements. The successful bidder will provide professional real property valuation services for approximately 17,966 parcels. • The program requires annual interim adjustments and a full revaluation. • The services must be performed in accordance with M.G.L. c.59 and Massachusetts Department of Revenue certification requirements. • The successful bidder will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, materials, and personnel to complete the project.
