Description
The State of West Virginia, Department of Administration, General Services Division, is seeking a vendor to install stairs or steps for flag pole access at the East and West wings of the Main Capitol Building. The vendor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies to complete the work. The stairs or steps must meet or exceed OSHA standards and be made of galvanized steel. The vendor must also remove and dispose of all spoils resulting from the project. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on May 7, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. to determine all measurements and inspect the job site conditions.
• The project requires the installation of stairs or steps at two flag poles on the roof of the Main Capitol Building.
• The stairs or steps must meet or exceed OSHA standards and be made of galvanized steel.
• The vendor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies to complete the work.
• The vendor must remove and dispose of all spoils resulting from the project.
• A one-year warranty on labor is required.
