The Town of Dalton is seeking a qualified consultant to assist with upgrading its website to increase resident participation in town affairs. The new website should be easily navigated, edited with limited training, and allow dual authenticated password access for at least 5-10 individuals. It should also interface with third-party products, integrate with social media, have notification tools, search features, and be ADA/WCAG compliant. The selected Proposer will work closely with Dalton staff and committee members to develop a modern, accessible, intuitive, and secure website. Key features include a browser-based CMS, simple WYSIWYG tools, role-based permissions, version history, and support for structured content templates.
