Description
The Teacher Retirement System of Texas is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive research and analytics services for oil, gas, and power investing, operating, and servicing. The contractor must provide these services through a pre-established research library, in the form of vendor website access or vendor portal. The contract will have an initial term of 5 years, with no optional renewal terms. The contractor will be required to provide research and analytics, maintain a vendor portal, and provide training and webinars to TRS staff. The contractor will also be required to comply with various terms and conditions, including those related to intellectual property, confidentiality, and insurance.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing research and analytics for oil, gas, and power investing, operating, and servicing
• Maintaining a pre-established research library
• Providing training and webinars to TRS staff
• Complying with TRS' terms and conditions, including those related to intellectual property, confidentiality, and insurance
• Providing written notice of any known or potential issues with service performance within 24 hours
• Providing an action plan to resolve any known or potential service performance issues
• Responding to TRS staff questions within 1-2 business days
