Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a quotation for the purchase of VELA brand ophthalmic exam chairs, model 70034. The contract will be awarded to the lowest price technically acceptable offer. The contractor will be required to deliver the chairs to the Tomah VA Medical Center in Wisconsin within 30 days of contract award. The contractor must also provide operation, installation, and maintenance manuals for the equipment.
