Description
The Navajo Nation is seeking a qualified contractor to perform a comprehensive road‑maintenance and improvement package on Route N8030 through Pinon Chapter, Arizona. The scope includes mobilization, surveying, subgrade preparation, excavation, installation of metal pipe and reinforcing steel, concrete work, geotextile and riprap placement, ditch and shoulder reconditioning, and installation of two regulatory signs, as well as required traffic‑control and safety plans. The contract is a one‑year service agreement with a construction schedule not to exceed 75 calendar days.
• Mobilize equipment, personnel, and materials; conduct surveys and quality‑control monitoring.
• Install eight drainage crossings (metal pipe, concrete collars, headwalls, geotextile, riprap) and recondition related road surfaces.
• Provide temporary traffic control, safety plans, water permit, and coordinate archaeology compliance throughout the project.
