Construction Manager At Risk Services for Municipal Services Operations Center

The City of Independence, Missouri, is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the construction of a new Municipal Services Operations Center. The CMAR will be responsible for providing preconstruction and construction management services, including evaluating the project schedule and construction budget, identifying alternative materials and methods, and collaborating with the Owner and Architect on the development of a schedule for the construction of the project. The CMAR will also be responsible for managing all construction-related activities, including bidding and budget control, subcontractor scheduling and coordination, and follow-up warranty work. • The project involves the construction of a new Municipal Services Operations Center. • The CMAR will be responsible for providing preconstruction and construction management services. • The project requires a high level of collaboration and communication between the Owner, Architect, and CMAR. • The CMAR must have experience with similar projects and be familiar with the CMAR delivery method. • The project has a proposed budget of up to $90,000,000.
