Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) Tank Inspections and Repairs

The Loudoun County Sanitation Authority (DBA Loudoun Water) is seeking qualified contractors to submit quotes for the inspection and repair of fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) tanks. The contractor shall have a minimum of ten years' experience in servicing similar types of accounts. The scope of work includes inspecting and repairing FRP tanks, with services required not later than March 1st. The contractor must submit a completed Attachment A form, a copy of their Virginia Contractor's License, a Proprietary Information Form, a State Corporation Commission Form, and a Certificate of Insurance. • The contractor must have a minimum of ten years' experience in servicing similar types of accounts. • The contractor must submit a completed Attachment A form. • The contractor must upload a copy of their Virginia Contractor's License. • The contractor must upload a completed Proprietary Information Form. • The contractor must upload a completed State Corporation Commission Form. • The contractor must upload a Certificate of Insurance.
