Maintenance and Support Agreement for Infor/Lawson Software (Cloud Service). (Notice of Intent to Sole Source)

The National Institute of Health, Clinical Center (NIH-CC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Infor for the maintenance and support of Infor/Lawson software. The software is used for inventory management and is currently being used by the NIH Clinical Center. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option for renewal. The NIH-CC is seeking to transition from Infor's on-premise software solution to a cloud-based solution.
