Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for Clear Creek Water Reclamation Plant

The City of Denton is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide pre-construction and construction services for the Clear Creek Water Reclamation Plant. The project includes the construction of a new water reclamation plant with a planned treatment capacity of 10 MGD, utilizing MBR technology. The scope of work includes lift station and headworks, screening and grit removal, biological nutrient removal, membrane bioreactors, odor control system, ultraviolet disinfection, and architectural components. The CMAR will be responsible for providing material, labor, equipment, supervision, and other services required to complete the project. • The project has a budget of approximately $475 million. • The CMAR will be selected through a one-step selection process. • The project is expected to be completed by December 2031. • The CMAR will be required to provide pre-construction and construction services, including cost modeling, schedule management, and quality assurance. • The City of Denton reserves the right to reject any and all submissions.
