Clinical Laboratory Services for The Nathaniel Witherell

The Town of Greenwich is seeking proposals for clinical laboratory services for The Nathaniel Witherell, a skilled nursing facility. The selected contractor will provide phlebotomy, routine courier pick-up, and STAT courier pick-up services. The contract term is expected to be one year, with four optional years. The contractor must be licensed in the State of Connecticut and fully accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA). • The contractor must provide test requisitions and reference ranges. • The contractor must supply a test reporting printer that will be serviced by the contractor. • The contractor must provide periodic education to Witherell staff. • The contractor must provide a 24/7 client services representative. • The contractor must have internet access to test results by the TNW and TNW’s Medical Staff.
