The City of Fontana is seeking a vendor to provide an annual‑replenishment contract for a detailed list of plumbing supplies used by its Public Works Department. Bidders must quote unit prices for each listed manufacturer‑specific item, maintain a physical business location within 15 mi of the Public Works Administrative Building, and may be awarded a portion or the entirety of the list; the City reserves the right to split the award among multiple vendors. The contract term is up to five years (initial two‑year term with up‑to‑three one‑year extensions).
