Description
Workforce Solutions Cameron is seeking proposals for Fiscal Monitoring Services to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and contract provisions. The selected bidder will be responsible for conducting financial risk assessments, fiscal integrity reviews, and financial compliance reviews. They will also develop a monitoring instrument, provide a formal final written report, and use desk and on-site reviews to conduct monitoring reviews. The contract period will be for one year with the option to renew for up to four additional years.
• The services offered through the one stop centers include the Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Trade Adjustment Act (TAA), Wagner-Peyser Act (ES), Child Care and other smaller grants.
• The monitoring activities shall assess a contractor’s financial compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and authoritative pronouncements and contract provisions.
• The monitoring activities shall ensure all sub-recipients/sub-contractors have developed and implemented written policies and procedures that describe and support the monitoring process.
