RFP 186087-2 - DPD - Emergency Services Operator Training

The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) is seeking proposals from qualified respondents to provide training services for Emergency Services Operators. The training shall include both web-based and in-person courses, with objectives to reinforce call processing techniques, provide an understanding of basic terminology, emergency operations, and equipment, and increase skill performance in call-flow. The contract term will be for two years, with the possibility of renewal. The City anticipates one award as a result of the RFP.
