The Town of Chatham is soliciting bids for the implementation of Site Master Plan Improvements at the Eldredge Public Library in Chatham, MA. The scope of improvements includes road, parking lot/sidewalk reconstruction, site re-grading, new concrete sidewalks, railings, lighting, wall construction, and ADA access improvements.
