Tactical Combat Casualty Care Training Course for Tier III

The United States Air Force is seeking information from potential contractors to provide Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) Tier III training to Air Force reserve medical personnel. The training will be provided over a 5-year period, with a minimum of 1 training event for up to 110 personnel and a maximum of 9 training events for 55 personnel each. The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive, all-inclusive support, including training, logistics, and facilities. The training will be conducted at a contractor-owned facility that meets specific requirements, including security, fire protection, and internet capabilities. • The contractor must provide TCCC Tier III training services in accordance with Defense Health Agency (DHA) approved curriculum. • The contractor must have a dedicated project manager who is TCCC Tier III certified. • The contractor must provide certified TCCC DHA/NAEMT Tier III trainers with a ratio of 1 instructor per 6 students. • The contractor must provide all required training resources, including personnel, materials, facilities, and equipment. • The contractor must ensure that all training events are conducted in a secure and safe environment.
