The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking expressions of interest for 9,812 American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) Office Area (ABOA) Square Feet of medical office space and a minimum of fifty parking spaces for use as a Community-Based Outpatient Clinic in Clovis, New Mexico. The space should be located within a delineated area in Clovis and should meet various requirements, including being located on a single floor, having a minimum of one passenger elevator, and being zoned for VA's intended use. The lease term will be up to ten years, and the VA will consider space in an existing building or a building being constructed for multi-tenant use. • The space should be located within the delineated area in Clovis, New Mexico. • The space should be located on a single floor, preferably the first floor. • The space should have a minimum of one passenger elevator and one combination passenger/freight elevator. • The space should be zoned for VA's intended use. • The space should meet federal and local government requirements for fire safety, physical security, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards.
